About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze casino segment performance and recommend actions to improve results and drive strategic decisions
  • Support day-to-day execution of casino programs and other Onboard Revenue operations
  • Assist in Casino Operations business initiatives
  • Maintain casino database accuracy with partner departments
  • Recommend enhancements to the casino loyalty program
  • Support creation of a dual-branded casino loyalty program
  • Finalize contracts and agreements with internal departments and external partners
  • Build and maintain global relationships with assigned Royal Caribbean Vendor Accounts
  • Review channel, product, pricing, promotional, and square-foot performance
  • Support new business development for Onboard Revenue
  • Provide operational support to vessels across the Royal Caribbean fleet
  • Prepare written recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Execute required reporting and support monthly forecasts
  • Travel to shipboard and land-based events as needed
  • Support Onboard Revenue financial planning and strategy
  • Review, analyze, and provide actionable business recommendations
  • Assist with KPIs, standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and benchmark reports
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of files, records, and lists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing or Hospitality
  • 2+ years of work experience in casino marketing, hospitality or other related positions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred
  • Ability to create/develop within Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers across onboard, shoreside, and external partner operations
  • Knowledge of market research and sales promotions
  • Ability to travel 3–10 days at a time
  • Ability to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a PC, communicate, listen, and assess information
  • May need to lift, push, pull or move 10–15 pounds
