About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with managers and business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers
  • Support regional business growth and nearshoring initiatives, including new team implementation and integration
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, workforce planning, and talent decisions
  • Lead talent development, succession planning, career growth, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Analyze employee relations, engagement, and turnover trends and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, hiring processes, and candidate pipelines
  • Support interns’ development, performance management, and overall experience
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement regional HR programs and best practices
  • Ensure equitable and compliant recruitment, hiring, and employment practices
  • Support investigations involving employee concerns, ethics matters, workplace complaints, discrimination, harassment, and policy violations
  • Use HRIS platforms and reporting tools to generate data-driven insights
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding activities, and HR communications
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Lead or participate in regional HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
  • Administer private medical and life insurance benefits, including records, vendors, communications, onboarding webinars, and employee education
  • Manage immigration processes for foreign employees and coordinate with immigration counsel and stakeholders
  • Coordinate engagement activities, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and company-sponsored events
  • Participate in corporate social responsibility and community engagement initiatives
  • Support Employee Resource Groups and diversity, inclusion, engagement, and belonging initiatives
  • Support global and local recognition programs
  • Support workplace safety protocols, office policies, employee well-being initiatives, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain employment documentation, onboarding records, employee files, and HR documentation
  • Maintain partnerships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct exit interviews and act on emerging trends
  • Manage employee offboarding and termination processes
  • Support labor compliance initiatives, audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries
  • Manage budgets and contain costs related to travel and HR program implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in human resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in business
  • Human Resources Management concentration highly preferred
  • PHR Certification is a plus but not required
  • Ability to understand laws and policies and interpret these for others
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions to audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Position is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship
