About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary training partner for assigned sales regions
  • Identify training needs and deliver timely, customized learning solutions
  • Design, develop, and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences
  • Translate product launches, promotions, technology changes, policies, and go-to-market priorities into training content
  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources, facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, webinars, digital learning content, and interactive activities
  • Lead learning programs from strategy through execution, including planning, stakeholder coordination, content development, scheduling, delivery, communications, and evaluation
  • Support management and continuous improvement of Royal Caribbean University and other learning platforms
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new sales team members
  • Plan and execute webcasts, regional training sessions, conferences, Seminars at Sea, ship tours, and other live learning experiences
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Revenue Management, Hotel Operations, Sales Automation, and subject matter experts
  • Track participation, engagement, feedback, and program metrics; prepare reports and recommendations
  • Manage program operations, vendor relationships, invoices, budgets, rewards, and administrative processes
  • Maintain knowledge of Royal Caribbean products, destinations, systems, sales tools, and industry trends
  • Identify process improvements, learning technologies, and scalable training solutions
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related training field or administrative role
  • Experience in the travel industry is preferred
  • 25% travel; position is Miami-based
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in front of small and large audiences
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to provide new ideas and opportunities for training initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, with strong skillset in PowerPoint
  • Solid organization and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Basic knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Ability to work successfully as a team and independently
  • Computer knowledge and usage skills, with the aptitude to learn new technology
  • Skilled in attention to detail and time management to manage several projects at one time
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on business needs and leadership requests
  • Ability to work with Senior Leadership with professionalism and proficiency
