About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set qualified appointments with new clients to drive sales growth
  • Funnel leads to sales representatives for further qualification and closing

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop target prospect lists
  • Develop and manage a prospect pipeline while providing a high-class customer experience
  • Transition leads to the sales team after the first discovery meeting
  • Use Salesforce for all lead-generation activities
  • Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; minimum High School or GED
  • 2+ years of sales and telemarketing experience, emphasizing cold calling
  • Preferred focus on digital marketing services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in prospecting techniques and lead-generation strategies
  • Experience using email, phone, and social media for outreach
  • Strong research skills for identifying potential clients and understanding business needs
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection
