About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Firm’s InterAction CRM platform and Vuture email marketing platform
Review and validate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox
Create and manage Marketing and Working List folders
Build complex searches to generate targeted contact lists
Manage list imports and exports
Develop and format Business Development reports
Extract, analyze, and report on CRM and email marketing data
Manage unsubscribe requests in compliance with the Firm’s privacy policy
Maintain compliance with global data privacy regulations
Maintain the integrity of critical contact lists for event and mailing communications
Build subsidiary company trees, research new contacts, and perform periodic data checks
Develop and execute data hygiene schedules, including duplicate cleansing and record updates
Process employee hires and departures in the CRM system
Support administration of the Vuture platform, including user account setup and troubleshooting
Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and other Firm communications
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs
Integrate Vuture campaigns and forms with InterAction lists, contacts, and fields
Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Communications, and IT on accurate, on-brand communications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
Experience with CRM and Email Marketing platforms
Three years of LexisNexis InterAction experience
One year of eMarketing experience; Vuture preferred
Proficient with MS Office applications
Advanced proficiency with Excel preferred
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Ability to work independently, meet multiple tight deadlines and deliver detailed and accurate work product
Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
