About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research markets and companies to identify potential clients and points of contact
  • Conduct cold-calling activities
  • Schedule and hold virtual or phone-based introduction meetings
  • Develop strategies to present products or solutions
  • Conduct virtual or onsite client presentations
  • Respond to requests for proposal, bid, and information
  • Coordinate and transfer client and account knowledge to Sales or Client Services team members
  • Record all touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System
  • Maintain current knowledge of RRD products and industry insights
  • Analyze and filter account and prospect data to build an individual forecast and sales strategy
  • Sell RRD products and solutions by phone or electronic communication to customers in an assigned territory
  • Conduct sales activities individually or collaboratively with another RRD Sales Representative

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience preferred
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen
  • Must be located in Texas, United States
