About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders
Work with SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data
Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation
Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects
Support the Bidding Platform organization, which processes over 20 million requests per second for real-time auctions and advertisement delivery to customers in 90+ countries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics
SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases; Google BigQuery is a strong plus
Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis
Strong data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool, such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
Practical experience with creating data models and data exploration
Familiarity with Git/GitHub
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Fluency in both Polish and English
