About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with Americas sales teams from Account Executives to Senior Vice Presidents to grow and shape the business
  • Partner with sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and sales performance reporting
  • Own weekly reporting on business segment health and performance blind spots
  • Drive accountability for key sales revenue KPIs throughout the quarter
  • Analyze large datasets and drive initiatives supporting short- and long-term revenue goals
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to segment leaders and management
  • Identify improvement areas and manage or deliver ad hoc sales strategy and operations projects
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to execute revenue-driving use cases
  • Support quoting and account management requests using internal systems and processes including SFDC, CPQ, and Clari
  • Partner with Order Management, Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Management, and Product Operations on execution and root-cause analysis
  • Build GTM plans, create equitable sales territories, and design associated quotas and PG targets
  • Support end-of-quarter and month-end closing, including booking escalations, SFDC maintenance, and system troubleshooting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years in Sales Operations or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to interface directly with Sales VPs
  • Sales operations experience within Americas Tier 1 Strategic accounts
  • Experience building GTM plans and associated territory carving
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Renewals modules, Clari Forecasting, Claude Code/CoWork Skill implementations, and Advanced Excel/G-sheets
  • Strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analytical skills
  • Experience managing large datasets
  • Prior operations support experience for large customer segments or business units
  • Experience structuring problems, taking initiative, and following through with strong execution
  • Customer-first mentality and passion for service level and execution quality
  • Proactive, creative, and flexible, using good judgment with minimal direction and supervision
  • High-energy, positive attitude, and productivity focus
  • Strong people skills and ability to develop relationships with Sales VPs, drive consensus, and achieve results from cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and able to deliver cross-functional work on time with quality results
