About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accelerate the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare
Lead efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services
Build a robust office safety and suitability program
Serve as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry
Partner with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels
Design compelling value propositions
Craft demand generation strategies
Maintain regulatory compliance across target markets
Own new high-impact initiatives as the in-person care model scales and strategic priorities evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief-of-staff, or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm, high-growth technology company, or two-sided marketplace
2+ years of experience leading and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Hands-on experience querying data, such as with Looker or Hex
Experience building complex financial or operational models in Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a remote environment
Ability to synthesize complex analyses into crisp summaries and tailor communication to audiences from core teams to executives
Strategy development experience, including defining business problems and turning possible solutions into actionable plans
Must be based in the United States; Rula currently does not hire in Hawaii
Previous behavioral healthcare experience preferred
Experience with strategic planning or OKR processes preferred
Salesforce reporting experience preferred
Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar project-tracking tools experience preferred
