About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer the HubSpot CRM and integrate tools including Default, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Fireflies
  • Build and define lead-routing and attribution processes so leads are attributed to the correct campaigns and UTMs and routed to the right representatives
  • Partner with Demand Generation to define lead lifecycle, audience segmentation, and email hygiene best practices
  • Improve the HubSpot campaign model so field marketing and demand generation can demonstrate ROI
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences covering pipeline generation, channel performance, funnel conversion, and marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue
  • Identify opportunities to automate and redesign workflows using improved systems design and AI
  • Document systems and enable the organization to self-serve
  • Scale lifecycle, campaign creation, attribution, and reporting for a growing marketing and revenue organization
  • Build marketing operations infrastructure from 0 to 1 and work closely with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations with substantial hands-on systems-building responsibility
  • Experience using HubSpot as both a CRM and MAP
  • Built something in Claude Code or similar with a live URL to share
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating findings into recommendations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort operating with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance
  • Experience leveraging AI to reimagine GTM operations
  • Experience owning systems as the main or solo administrator
  • Nice to have: experience at a developer-facing or API-first company, or selling to technical buyers
  • Nice to have: experience building agentic workflows
  • Nice to have: experience at an early-stage company and comfort with startup pace
