About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the operating model
Run monthly metrics reporting
Build and maintain live dashboards for ARR, pipeline, burn, and sales productivity
Own the finance tech stack, including QuickBooks, Ramp, banking partners, billing system, and integrations
Manage tax, revenue recognition, reporting requirements, and financial compliance
Manage the monthly accounting close with the accounting team
Partner with sales leadership on compensation plans, quota design, and capacity models
Prepare board materials and support fundraising diligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in investment banking or private equity, followed by 3+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth startup
Already using AI heavily in your own work
Experience at an enterprise sales company, ideally with infrastructure or usage-based focus
Strong driver-based modeling skills that are easy to audit and built for others to use
Experience managing accounting closes
Comfortable building and owning the entire finance function
