About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the analytics and measurement strategy for Runna Performance Marketing
  • Define KPIs and build measurement frameworks
  • Translate analytics outputs into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Support analytics for Lifecycle and Organic Marketing as needed
  • Build high-quality marketing attribution models
  • Leverage MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, and other tools to measure spend distribution across business units, geographies, and channels
  • Identify new platforms for testing
  • Monitor paid media industry trends, best practices, privacy requirements, and tracking standards
  • Apply industry developments to attribution and measurement approaches
  • Partner with performance marketers to design and evaluate experiments across channels and geographies
  • Ensure rigorous incrementality measurement
  • Design and deliver intuitive, accessible dashboards
  • Turn open-ended business questions into technical solutions with stakeholders across the business
  • Coach or mentor junior analysts and help establish team technical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Substantial experience (5+ years) in marketing data analytics or analytics engineering
  • Track record of building high-quality, reusable data models and BI dashboards for varied stakeholders
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex, scalable queries across marketing platforms such as Apple Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and AppsFlyer
  • Experience with data warehouses, ideally Snowflake
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including incrementality testing and A/B methodologies
  • Strong Python skills for data cleansing, transformation, and analysis
  • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience coaching or mentoring more junior analysts and helping set technical standards for a team
  • Knowledge of CI/CD best practices and tooling such as GitHub Actions is beneficial but not required
  • Experience with fitness data or a general interest in fitness is beneficial
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Runna's London, UK office three days per week
  • Unable to sponsor for this role
