  • Map customers’ creative, technical, and executive workflows
  • Build working proofs of concept using customer brand assets, footage, or catalogs
  • Develop workflows, plugins, and integrations that remove customer blockers
  • Convert successful one-off solutions into reusable products
  • Own evaluation plans and guide managed trials
  • Build tailored demos and support the technical side of deal cycles with account executives
  • Scope and manage 4–12 week customer deployments with defined success criteria
  • Accelerate customers from signed contract to first production call
  • Grow API-only accounts into Platform + API
  • Improve onboarding and reduce support tickets
  • Present technical pipelines and production plans to analysts, executives, and studio leaders
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative to turn customer needs into roadmap requirements
  • Track time to production, usage changes, and customer shipping outcomes in Salesforce and the data warehouse

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Build production-running systems using Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
  • Read, debug, and explain code line by line, including to customer engineering teams
  • Shipped a workflow, integration, plugin, or internal tool that a customer actually ran
  • Deployed AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations
  • Demonstrated outcomes from deployed AI or ML systems and integrations
  • Ability to translate between executive and engineering audiences
  • Willingness to travel to customers
  • Nice to have: SQL, BigQuery, or Retool
  • Nice to have: experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production
