- Develop local recruitment marketing ideas for salons struggling to hire
- Post and cross-check niche hairdressing job boards alongside mainstream sites
- Build and maintain a standing talent pool of strong past candidates
- Drive reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed
- Identify and share effective recruitment social media trends with the Marketing team
- Promote a consistent employer brand across all channels
- Conduct exit interviews with leavers to capture insight and feedback
- Track probation reviews for salon employees and chase where needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- A genuine interest in recruitment, talent attraction, or HR
- Comfortable and confident using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail
- A proactive, organised approach; happy headhunting rather than waiting for applications to land
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support salons
