Key responsibilities & impact

Establish the solution management function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for translating product roadmap goals into actionable technical requirements
Develop solution design practices with Product, CX, Architecture, and Engineering
Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across markets
Involve Data, Compliance, and Design early in planning
Lead technical product definition for cross-functional initiatives spanning registration, identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement systems
Work with architects to align solutions with unified architecture strategy, performance objectives, and regulatory requirements
Improve Product and Engineering workflows through backlog refinement, dependency management, and system-level feasibility assessments
Coach PMs and engineers in systems thinking, technical requirement writing, and solution planning
Define and track metrics for solution quality, delivery predictability, activation, and retention
Use performance results to improve working practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles
Experience in high-scale, regulated environments such as gaming, payments, fintech, or healthcare is ideal
Experience building and leading technical product practices at the organizational level
Experience with solution definition, system design, or architecture alignment
Strong business and product mindset
Understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD
Ability to translate product intent into clear technical requirements, including sequence diagrams when needed
Ability to communicate and collaborate across disciplines, verbally and in writing
Experience working in hybrid organizations across multiple markets and globally distributed teams
Hands-on approach to working through ambiguity, establishing direction, and creating scalable processes
Hands-on familiarity with data privacy, KYC, or compliance-driven workflows is a strong plus
Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally
