About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned features or modules
Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements
Lead discovery efforts, including user interviews and data analysis
Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality releases
Define success metrics and evaluate product performance
Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy regulations
Support go-to-market teams with product training and materials
Provide mentorship to Product Managers and cross-functional peers
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in health tech
Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with agile product development
Experience with EHR or RCM workflows a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
Reliable internet connection
Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
