About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate ambiguous product concepts into concrete ML strategies
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, uncover patterns, and identify features
- Fine-tune multi-modal generative models

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in complex, high-stakes environments
- Deep foundation in computer science principles
- Track record of architecting performant, highly scalable web applications
- Experience with modern AI assistants such as Claude and Copilot
- Expert-level command of modern backend languages such as C#, Node.js, or Python
- Knowledge of frontend architectures, microservices design, RESTful APIs, and clean, maintainable code
- Strong cloud understanding
- Ideally familiar with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform
- Practical expertise with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or similar
- Rigorous unit and integration testing experience
- Bonus: experience leading complex technical projects from 0 to 1, mentoring peers, or working in healthcare
