About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Develop and implement sourcing strategies using online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Build relationships with hiring managers and advise on recruitment best practices
Collaborate with HR partners to support seamless onboarding
Use Workday Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
Represent RXO at career fairs and recruiting events
Stay current on recruitment and talent acquisition trends and best practices
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across all regions of Mexico
Ability to support multiple operations and hiring managers
Proficiency in Workday (strongly preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
