Communicate with the warehouse regarding on-time production and purchase orders assigned to Coyote and carrier lines
Monitor units by satellite to coordinate warehouse entry and exit
Coordinate operator entry according to loading times and warehouse capacity
Coordinate and supervise merchandise loading activities in the warehouse
Ensure operators have safety equipment and follow plant/warehouse guidelines
Manage exit documentation (CCP) and verify satellite unit operation
Act as liaison between Coyote, carrier lines, and warehouse
Identify and resolve operational issues during loading and unloading
Maintain accurate daily activity records and report incidents or deviations

Requirements

Must manage exit documentation (CCP)
Must ensure satellite unit is functioning
Must maintain accurate daily activity records and report incidents or deviations
