About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Casualty brokers
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of renewal and marketing materials, including documents, cover letters, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate client and account information across internal systems
  • Organize and maintain account documentation, files, and transaction records
  • Respond to broker requests and keep timelines, documentation, and follow-ups on track
  • Support recordkeeping, compliance, and documentation requirements
  • Partner with brokerage, finance, and other internal teams to resolve account-related needs
  • Assist with general brokerage workflow and ad hoc requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3+ years of experience in an insurance brokerage, underwriting, or related insurance support role
  • Experience directly supporting brokers or a brokerage team strongly preferred
  • Wholesale insurance and/or Casualty experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Interest in growing expertise within brokerage operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain applicable state P&C and/or surplus lines licensing as required
