Key responsibilities & impact

Understand and document business objectives for each project and identify system business needs
Analyze business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automation
Elicit, analyze, specify and validate stakeholder business needs
Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and process improvement
Develop and execute test plans to ensure requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly
Provide training and user support, and write user manuals as needed
Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies
Bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Minimum of 6 months of related experience
Knowledge of data analysis
Knowledge of IT infrastructure
Knowledge of software applications
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Effective communication
Interpersonal skills
Attention to detail

Problem-solving
Continuous learning
CBAP, CCBA or AAC certification preferred
