Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements
Create comprehensive system design specifications for new systems or enhancements
Conduct system audits
Use advanced analytics to identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency within IT infrastructure
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption
Lead development of disaster recovery plans and backup strategies for critical systems and data
Understand and document project business objectives and system needs
Analyze business systems and processes to identify improvement or automation opportunities
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholder business needs
Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to determine project scope and vision
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and process improvement
Develop and execute test plans
Provide user training and support
Write user manuals as needed
Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
Data analysis
IT infrastructure knowledge
Software applications knowledge
SQL knowledge and ability to run scripts
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Insurance industry experience is preferred
