About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a 12-month rotational program across two to three different roles
  • Gain operational experience in distribution management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain engineering solutions
  • Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day supply chain operations in warehousing, logistics optimization centers, dedicated transportation, and engineering
  • Plan and review logistics processes with site leadership to meet company standards and customer service specifications
  • Participate in project-based activities, including continuous improvement kaizen events and analytics team shadowing
  • Track, adjust, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Present process changes and feedback to customers, management, and executive leadership
  • Meet regularly with site leadership, mentors, and program advocates through formal and informal touchpoints, virtual learning, and development sessions
  • Travel as required to assist locations and move physical locations 1–2 times during the 12–18 month rotational assignment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • College degree/Technical Certification required in Business, Logistics, Transportation or a related field
  • Combination of other education and experiences will be considered
  • 0 to 1 year involvement in extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership skills required
  • 0 to 1 year previous internship experience preferred
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • High degree of initiative
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
  • Curiosity to learn independently while building relationships and developing collaboration
  • Flexibility and self-driven performance in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to travel as required and move physical locations 1–2 times during the rotational assignment
  • Candidates must have earned their bachelor's degree in December 2026 or be set to graduate in May 2027
