About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions recruitment
Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates
Complete contractor hiring administrative processes
Onboard new contractors
Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes
Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, hiring managers, human resources, and recruitment teammates
Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
Execute recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials
Track recruitment KPIs and progress
Meet customer satisfaction objectives by fully recruiting assigned accounts
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience, required
H.S. Diploma/GED, required
2 years or more of full life-cycle recruiting experience, required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; intermediate level, required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, required
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, required
Demonstrated customer service skills, required
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Travel: 0–10%
