About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources teams
- Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements when necessary
- Post job opportunities
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs
- Upload resumes into the hiring management system
- Coordinate or schedule background screenings, road tests, drug and alcohol tests, and safety orientation
- Communicate professionally while maintaining confidentiality
- Conduct employee orientations
- Create ad-hoc HR reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Order supplies and make departmental purchases
- Assist with disability management and timely submission of short-term disability forms
- Perform exit interviews
- Update organizational charts
- Support HR special projects and assignments
- Create and maintain employee files
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- H.S. Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 0 to 1 year of administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or iCIMS preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Experience managing communications with internal and external customers at various career levels preferred
- Experience dealing with executives and employees at all organizational levels preferred
