About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management
Handle inbound sales calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers
Maintain appropriate rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management
Provide a great customer experience and resolve concerns, issues, disputes, complaints, and customer questions
Execute customer communication protocol
Manage workflow through effective scheduling and planning
Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files
Contribute to cost containment through parts inventory planning and warranty management
Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agency policies
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

H.S. diploma/GED required
One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
Ability to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
Demonstrates customer service skills
Must be open to flex hours and work additional days or hours as needed
