About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage contracted 3PL security providers
  • Ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring
  • Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting
  • Coordinate security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans with leadership
  • Supervise and guide on-site security personnel as needed
  • Update standard operating procedures and review weekly costs
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of security-related matters
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 3–5 or more years of experience in security operations, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Power BI proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Personal responsibility for actions
  • Security software experience with Lenel/Milestone preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management preferred
  • Flexibility to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Willingness to travel 0–10%
