About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business needs into concrete AI solutions
Design, build and deploy internal AI-powered tools, automations and workflows
Move prototypes into reliable, usable and scalable production solutions
Work with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, HR and other teams to understand workflows
Prioritise impactful use cases and bridge technical possibilities with operational needs
Enable teams to adopt and use solutions
Take increasing technical ownership from prototype through deployment and operations
Balance speed, quality and scalability while improving solutions from feedback and usage
Build automations with APIs, no-code/low-code platforms and custom scripts
Integrate AI capabilities into CRM, support, finance and other existing systems
Leverage multiple AI models and providers
Ensure robustness, maintainability, security and compliant data use
Follow and contribute to internal AI guidelines
Stay current with AI tools, test new approaches and bring ideas to the organisation
Deliver monitored internal tools that achieve productivity gains and weekly adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering or a similar technical role
Hands-on experience putting LLM-based solutions into production
Understanding of testing, monitoring and failure handling for reliable post-launch solutions
Familiarity with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Slack, M365 or Snowflake is a plus
Experience with GTM tooling such as Outreach, Clay or Jiminny is a plus
Good working knowledge of SQL and APIs
Comfortable coding in Python or TypeScript
Experience with CRM or SaaS APIs is a plus
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make is a plus
Ability to work with multiple AI models and understand trade-offs
Understanding when deterministic rules, code or existing tools are preferable to LLMs
Solid engineering fundamentals and coding knowledge
Experience deploying and running cloud services; Azure is a plus
Builder, pragmatic, measurement-oriented, ambiguity-tolerant and coachable mindset
Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Curious, fast learner and hands-on with new tools
