About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive architecture strategies for new applications and legacy platform modernizations
- Write core code components to bootstrap frameworks and establish implementation baselines
- Accelerate adoption of reusable libraries, standardized workflows, DevSecOps principles, and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Partner with product managers and client stakeholders to increase visibility into infrastructure costs and help define SLAs
- Lead engineering communities and conduct architectural reviews
- Mentor tech leads to foster technical rigor and continuous delivery quality
- Guide the technical evolution and modernization of client software applications and digital platforms
- Bridge long-term architectural strategy with day-to-day execution across the client ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, software architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Strong track record designing multi-tier distributed systems while writing production code and bootstrapping core technical frameworks
- Deep experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, containerization, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code (OpenTofu / Pulumi)
- Proven capability to guide cross-functional technical teams, establish engineering baselines, and drive architectural adoption without direct management authority
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills
- Solid project management foundation grounded in Agile methodologies and modern delivery tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in business consulting, enterprise SaaS, or advisory environments preferred
- Hands-on experience building technical consensus across cross-functional and matrixed client teams preferred
- Active contributions to open-source software projects or technical developer communities preferred
- Track record of designing internal training programs and uplifting engineering practices preferred
