About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of client success across NetSuite ERP and custom engagements
- Liaise with clients to maintain business relationships and keep projects on schedule
- Manage stakeholders, expectations, resource alignment, and conflicting priorities
- Ensure adherence to Plative delivery structure and project management methodology
- Deliver strategic business and project reviews to educate clients on proposed solutions
- Report on budget ownership, project status, risk management, and issue escalation
- Coordinate IT project teams to incorporate business requirements into design specifications, multi-platform integrations, and data transfers
- Resolve and manage escalations as a client advocate to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage NetSuite projects including implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and SFDC build-out
- Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full, life-cycle implementation experience with NetSuite across multiple industry verticals
- 3+ years Project Management experience within a consulting environment
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
- Solid understanding of Quality Management principles and practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT or MBA (preferred)
- Delivered numerous complex NetSuite projects (preferred)
- CSM and SuiteFoundation certifications (preferred)
