About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute a comprehensive AI+ strategy for the Finance team aligned with corporate objectives
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across Finance processes and create roadmaps with milestones, resources, and timelines
Guide implementation of automation, robotics, AI/ML, and GenAI technologies
Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions improving business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Partner with Finance Technology, Corporate Finance, divisional CFOs, and enterprise AI stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder buy-in for AI+ initiatives
Translate business needs into AI+ solutions and shape data management strategy
Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments and evaluate AI capabilities, gaps, and opportunities
Coordinate with internal technology teams, Corporate Finance, and external vendors
Explain AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI benefits, limitations, and implementation prerequisites
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery
Establish KPIs and measure ROI and effectiveness of AI+ initiatives
Prepare reports for senior leadership on project progress, outcomes, challenges, and optimization areas
Ensure ethical AI development and deployment addressing bias, fairness, transparency, privacy, and regulatory standards
Define AI governance mechanisms and review projects for compliance
Track AI trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments
Represent Finance in internal and external AI forums
Promote innovation and continuous learning

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in finance, digital transformation, or related fields
Substantial experience implementing AI, automation, or robotics strategies
Proven experience leading AI/ML, NLP, and Gen AI projects in a global, complex organizational environment
Strong project and program management experience
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business outcomes
Experience partnering with Finance organizations, including Corporate Finance teams, divisional CFOs, or Finance technology functions
Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards
Demonstrated success developing AI roadmaps, establishing adoption strategies, and measuring business impact through KPI and ROI frameworks
Ability to solve complex business challenges and drive organizational change
