About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary operational partner to the Global Head of Growth & Enablement
- Own complex calendar management, travel planning, meeting coordination, and expense processing
- Anticipate needs and prepare materials for high-visibility meetings and senior leadership engagements
- Plan and manage logistics for meetings, town halls, offsites, and webinars
- Source venues, arrange catering, prepare materials, and facilitate events on the day
- Manage project tasks supporting departmental priorities
- Coordinate Growth & Enablement initiatives
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and brief the Global Head for key engagements
- Collaborate with the broader EA team on Growth & Enablement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant experience in executive or senior administrative support within large, matrixed global organizations
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Monday.com
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred or helpful
- Familiarity with marketing operations or corporate communications
- Final-stage candidates must attend at least one in-person interview
- Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week
- Indefinite right to work in the United States and London
