About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategy for channel fulfillment and reconciliation, including automation, AI, and operational excellence
Own transformation initiatives and build a roadmap for scalable, system-led solutions
Lead end-to-end projects involving channel delivery, reconciliation, automation, and process improvement
Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder alignment
Present project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
Drive team performance, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
Reduce reconciliation backlog through prioritization and scalable solutions
Identify inefficiencies and automate exception handling, data validation, and reporting
Lead adoption of AI, machine learning, and innovative tools
Guide Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Alteryx usage for reconciliation and reporting
Monitor and reconcile channel partner entitlement data in Salesforce
Perform validation testing in Sandbox environments before deployment
Conduct fulfillment reconciliations for manual and channel partner platforms
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with internal teams
Collaborate with Research Ops to complete reconciliation requests and ensure SOX compliance
Maintain documentation and audit-ready records
Provide training and guidance on channel delivery processes and controls
Communicate reconciliation status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and cross-functional partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
5+ years of experience in fulfillment, reconciliation, order-to-cash, or related environments
Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and automation
Experience leading strategic projects, transformation initiatives, backlog reduction, and automation efforts
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills
Effective organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and CONCATENATE
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Alteryx
Ability to translate business needs into system-based solutions and partner with technical teams
Excellent English communication skills, oral and written
Experience presenting to leadership
Willingness to work EMEA and AMER shifts and overtime during month-end close
Adherence to SOX audit requirements and standards
