About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution for the MCP connector ecosystem and AI Analyst capabilities
  • Lead zero-to-one product efforts and scale new product offerings
  • Leverage agents, agentic workflows, and LLMs to build new AI products
  • Work closely with engineering, design, product, data science, marketing, and go-to-market teams
  • Drive new AI products to successful delivery for clients
  • Support products across the private markets investment lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in FinTech, AI, or other technology-driven environments, with a track record of launching and scaling products
  • Hands-on experience applying AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and modern AI development tools
  • Ability to develop deep domain expertise, simplify complex problems, and translate insights into product strategies
  • Experience with agile delivery, product requirements, data-driven decision-making, KPI management, and cross-functional execution
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a Private Markets product team preferred
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States
