About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enter contracts into the billing system
- Validate contracts against policies
- Generate and dispatch invoices to business partners
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure contract submission accuracy
- Handle order management tickets and resolve stakeholder queries
- Retain documents
- Process customer transactions, including invoices and credits
- Handle disputes and queries
- Prepare reports and reconciliations
- Participate in special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in Finance domain or Order Management domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Finances/Economy or similar
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization of work, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and understand data
- Flexibility to work 12–9pm India Time
