Lead and influence large-scale programs impacting enterprise operations and growth
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans aligned with governance structures
Manage day-to-day project activities, including requirements gathering, success metrics, risks, issues, dependencies, workflows, communications, and presentation materials
Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholder politics
Innovate business strategies, techniques, and tools to overcome barriers to success
Collaborate across a global organization and provide strategic guidance and leadership
Make independent project decisions with minimal guidance
Seek, document, and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback into project plans
Customize plans for project needs, including sensitive projects or data
Execute multi-team and division-wide strategic initiatives from discovery through execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven project/program management or related experience focused on strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams using standard project management tools, including charters, project plans, RAID, RACI, process flow diagrams, communication plans, SOPs, change management plans, requirements assessments, control plans, meeting agendas and notes
Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels
Proactive, self-directed, and able to thrive in a dynamic working environment
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to set priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
PMP Certification and advanced project management coursework (or equivalent)
Experience in Agile delivery and frameworks preferred
Expertise in Serena, ADO, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
Proven track record executing large-scale programs from discovery to execution preferred
Strong attention to detail, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills preferred
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization preferred
Excellent communication skills to drive a comprehensive communications strategy preferred
