About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage security technology projects from initiation through implementation
Align projects with corporate security strategy and business objectives
Partner with IT, Risk Management, Global Real Estate, Compliance, and business units
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Manage vendor relationships and support contract-related activities
Drive technology optimization, process automation, and scalable operating standards
Review, maintain, and troubleshoot access control and CCTV systems
Advise on emerging security technologies and their application to physical security

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive working experience with CCure 9000 administration and monitoring
Experience with Victor Video Management for CCTV platform operations
Strong project management skills, including budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Computer graphic and visual design skills for polished presentation materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and large language models
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across global teams
Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field, OR equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in security operations, project management, or technology implementation
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred: professional certification such as CPP, PSP, PMP, or another relevant credential
Preferred: experience with Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Johnson Controls, or comparable platforms
Preferred: familiarity with database structure, database design concepts, and SQL Server Management Studio
Preferred: exposure to automation platforms, Microsoft Power Apps, Python, C#, or C++
Preferred: prior corporate security experience in a regulated global business environment
Preferred: knowledge of emerging security technologies, mobile credentials, IoT, cloud-based security, analytics platforms, or AI-powered operational tools
