About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Refine TDT strategic objectives and target outcomes
Own the TDT Leadership Team OKR process, including goal setting, alignment, and progress reviews
Translate strategy into clear narratives for executives, business partners, and TDT teams
Own forward planning and materials for QFR, QBR, ELT, and Board of Directors forums
Maintain a rolling calendar of executive commitments and coordinate cross-functional inputs
Shape storylines and key messages for executive and board materials
Prepare the CTTO and Leadership Team for executive forums
Plan and prepare TDT Leadership Team staff meetings, including agendas, discussion topics, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups
Design and run Leadership Team offsites
Lead a working group of Chief of Staff and COS-like roles across TDT
Partner with Communications and People teams to strengthen cultural alignment and integration
Drive cross-organization information sharing
Coordinate leadership messaging from the CTTO and Leadership Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting
Demonstrated success in enterprise-scale initiatives
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence and build consensus among C-level executives and cross-functional teams
Strong background in OKR frameworks, strategic planning, and performance measurement
Proven ability to prepare executive- and board-level materials and craft clear leadership narratives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in financial services, data analytics, or regulatory technology environments
Fluency with enterprise architecture frameworks
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, data platforms, and integration technologies
Track record of successful M&A, technology integration, or large-scale organizational restructuring initiatives
