About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution of the MCA product roadmap and strategic initiatives
  • Define, prioritize, and document business requirements, epics, features, and user stories
  • Partner with Product Managers, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver product enhancements and operational improvements
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, UAT, implementation, and release activities
  • Gather, analyze, and document client, business, operational, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform business process reviews, gap analysis, and impact assessments
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and solution documentation
  • Identify scalable solutions addressing client requirements and operational efficiency
  • Support business cases for new capabilities, datasets, and service enhancements
  • Participate in client discussions, onboarding activities, solution workshops, and strategic initiatives
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests, and product demonstrations
  • Act as a subject matter expert for MCA products, workflows, and managed service capabilities
  • Gather and prioritize client feedback for roadmap and service enhancement decisions
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Client Success teams on client requirements
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Evaluate client demand, industry trends, and market opportunities
  • Support go-to-market and commercialization efforts
  • Contribute insights to drive product adoption, service expansion, and business growth
  • Partner with Operations to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, automation, and data quality
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track product, operational, and client performance metrics
  • Help identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and client-service risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline
  • 7–10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Securities Reference Data, Market Data, or Managed Services
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing
  • Strong understanding of Securities Reference Data
  • Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, and ETF markets
  • Strong understanding of Financial Market Infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Data Operations and Managed Services
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Experience managing requirements across the product lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Client-facing teams
  • Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and solution design skills
  • Commercial awareness with an interest in product growth, client engagement, and market opportunities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
