About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own strategic product initiatives for capital markets workflows
- Understand customer workflows, market structure, trends, and competitors
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and growth opportunities
- Identify automation and AI-driven innovation opportunities
- Translate objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and metrics
- Prioritize backlog with Engineering and UX through agile delivery
- Drive launches, adoption analysis, and product improvement
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and outcomes
- Build relationships with customers, Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and executives
- Align groups with competing priorities
- Influence decisions through data, insight, and business cases
- Engage clients to understand business challenges
- Turn feedback into product enhancements
- Track market, technology, and competitive trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related role
- Experience with SaaS, workflow, platform, data, or API-driven products
- Good understanding of XML, JSON, and REST
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong agile delivery skills
- Preferred: experience in financial markets, investment banking, fixed income, or fintech
- Preferred: experience with APIs, integration platforms, automation, or AI-enabled solutions
- Preferred: knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
