About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client-initiated due diligence projects
- Coordinate preparation, execution, and delivery of formal responses
- Foster customer relationships and maintain transparent communication throughout the process
- Acknowledge due diligence requests and provide regular progress updates
- Develop understanding of product solutions and platforms for effective communication
- Maintain awareness of internal controls and due diligence trends
- Ensure responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards
- Track action items raised during assessments through completion
- Maintain documentation of the due diligence response process, customer correspondence, supporting documentation, and remediation actions
- Coordinate with sales, product, legal, and information security stakeholders
- Create accurate, persuasive, and cogent response documents
- Assist with centralized database processes, policies, procedures, tools, and content improvement
- Update due diligence content
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes using automation, technology, and data analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Robust comprehension of Information/Cyber Security, Risk Management, BIA/BCP, Application Security, Network Security, Incident Response, and Cloud Security
- Proficiency in addressing Third Party Risk Assessments and Information Security Assessments
- Foundational knowledge of technology controls
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- Thorough analytical abilities leading to informed decision-making outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
- Creativity and initiative
- Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with internal colleagues
