About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain talent marketplace features, enhancements, and platform changes using JSON-based approaches
Support configuration-driven UI updates and front-end/back-end integrations
Build, test, and document changes for reliable releases
Investigate and resolve technical issues by reproducing bugs and analyzing logs, requests, and responses
Collaborate with product, operations, support, and engineering stakeholders
Provide platform support, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions
Maintain technical documentation for changes, troubleshooting steps, and known issues
Improve development and support workflows
Design and co-own end-to-end integration architecture
Define data migration strategies for initial loads, delta syncs, and reconciliation
Lead technical discovery workshops
Establish integration design patterns and governance standards
Provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

SQL and ETL tools explicitly required
Experience with data modeling and transformation
Experience with integration frameworks, including REST, SSO, and middleware
Experience leading implementations or technical workstreams
Experience with UI-related enhancements preferred
Familiarity with SaaS deployment practices, release cycles, and support/incident workflows preferred
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# preferred
Experience using API testing tools and log/telemetry sources preferred
Knowledge of learning-focused workflows or education technology platforms preferred
