About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee quality campaign delivery from client teams and own client communications and relationships
  • Lead team projects and manage end-to-end client engagements and relationships
  • Architect media strategy and lead campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management
  • Build trust and rapport with clients; manage communications, updates, review requests, questions, and platform/media execution troubleshooting
  • Work with team members on day-to-day client and internal tasks
  • Collaborate with peers to share and receive learnings
  • Execute media platforms across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels
  • Use internal tools and processes including Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, and Workday
  • Mentor and develop team members and contribute subject matter expertise to Media trainings and initiatives
  • Maintain understanding of the ad industry landscape and Media.Monks Media Activation services
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Expert level proficiency in a minimum of two media platforms and basic understanding of one other relevant platform
  • Conceptual understanding of the Media landscape and how platforms fit into the ecosystem
  • Ability to outline, plan, and manage projects, including identifying task owners, defining key performance indicators, and ensuring timely and effective delivery/results
  • Ability to identify and act on explicitly stated and implicit problems, roadblocks, and next steps
  • Ability to work with and contextualize data in service of clients’ business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and schedules and identify conflicting timelines or concurrent needs
  • Ability to run effective internal and/or external meetings, including agenda-building, material preparation, note taking, action-item identification, and task delegation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong self and social awareness skills
  • Ability to assess and address team member developmental needs
  • 4 years or more in a relevant Media role or environment
