About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure consistent delivery, with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
- Diagnose and resolve issues for internal teams, often under pressure and tight deadlines
- Implement and promote best practices for unit, integration, and automated testing
- Monitor performance and production failure metrics
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure alignment among all stakeholders

- Design, develop, and implement systems and technology solutions for clients and the company
- Participate in the management and maintenance of the organization’s technology ecosystem and infrastructure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a software developer or in similar roles
- Intermediate knowledge of programming logic
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Availability to work 8 hours per day
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Preferred: Experience developing REST and RESTful APIs
- Preferred: Strong problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Effective synchronous and asynchronous communication skills
- Preferred: Proficiency with code version control tools, such as Git
- Preferred: Knowledge of digital marketing
