About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own content end to end, from ideation and scripting through recording, editing, and distribution
Launch a YouTube schedule of two videos per week: one long-form educational tutorial and one short-format video
Repurpose videos into content for Instagram, Twitter, and other social channels
Grow and manage YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and other social channels
Publish written tutorials and guides to improve search discovery
Become a visible, familiar presence in the Discord community
Drive the go-to-market strategy for content, deciding what to show, when, and to whom
Identify viral trends in the 3D, gaming, and AI spaces and turn them into content
Demonstrate platform capabilities through practical 3D model creation examples
Engage with the Discord community and incorporate ideas and feedback into the content plan
Work directly with the founder as a key growth-strategy hire

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable and confident on camera
Understanding of 3D models and the 3D industry through game development, 3D modeling, or editing
Experience creating games in Roblox or Fortnite is included as relevant 3D know-how
Ability to script, record, and edit videos independently from start to finish
Experience growing or managing social channels
Knowledge of repurposing content across platforms
Clear, engaging spoken and written English for a global audience
Active use of AI tools to improve productivity and work quality
Curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and ability to identify pragmatic applications
Experience with 3D printing is a bonus
Existing channel or portfolio of 3D, game development, or technology tutorial content is a bonus
Experience writing SEO-friendly tutorials or guides is a bonus
Strong content creators new to 3D may still be considered if motivated to learn
