About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
  • Configure Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to provide specific outcomes
  • Code in JQL, SQL, and HTML to build custom products
  • Track projects in Jira
  • Upload and maintain documentation in Confluence
  • Research subjects independently of a subject-matter expert
  • Create training materials, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, and PDFs
  • User-test instructions provided by the team or customer
  • Deliver training to coworkers or clients on custom product builds
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • US Citizen with the Ability to obtain minimum of secret level security clearance, will upgrade to TS
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Certified Atlassian Developer with 3+ years of experience
  • Expert level experience in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM)
  • Ability to customize Jira and Confluence to provide specific outcomes, processes, and dashboards
  • Expert knowledge of JQL, SQL, and HTML
  • Ability to use MS Office suite
  • Ability to telework with clear phone and internet connectivity
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years’ experience
  • Preferred: DoD knowledge / experience
  • Preferred: Working knowledge or better of CSS, Java, and Python
  • Preferred: High-level understanding of technology, including networking and software installation
  • Preferred: Experience with agile practices
  • Preferred: Proven adaptability in high-stress situations
