About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently design, validate, and implement new and existing products
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, Vendors, and during vendor vetting
- Lead technical assessments of new product opportunities
- Exercise judgment in solution design, integration strategy, and technical documentation standards
- Design and execute system test plans
- Identify and remove technical barriers to adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally on prioritization and delivery
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation frameworks
- Create technical training materials for internal teams
- Support KPI and data governance initiatives
- Own product buildout technically
- Evaluate and recommend vendors
- Ensure reliable hardware/software deployment and integration
- Support effective Alpha/Beta deployments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 4 to 6 years of telecommunications, SaaS, UCaaS, or managed services experience
- Strong working knowledge in several of the following: Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN), Cybersecurity, UCaaS, SaaS platforms & API integration
- Demonstrated experience leading product implementation phases
- Proven strong process and documentation skills
- Software development skills or experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and adjust communication for non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prepare project plans, meet deadlines, and adapt plans to changing priorities
- Ability to adapt positively and proactively to change in a rapid-growth environment
