Full-stack Engineer

• Independently design, validate, and implement new and existing products
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, Vendors, and during vendor vetting
• Lead technical assessments of new product opportunities
• Exercise judgment in solution design, integration strategy, and technical documentation standards
• Design and execute system test plans
• Identify and remove technical barriers to adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally on prioritization and delivery
• Develop and maintain standardized documentation frameworks
• Create technical training materials for internal teams
• Support KPI and data governance initiatives
• Own product buildout technically
• Evaluate and recommend vendors
• Ensure reliable hardware/software deployment and integration
• Support effective Alpha/Beta deployments
