About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team supporting field, contact center, or supply chain recruiting and selection activities
- Drive team performance through leadership and coaching of KPIs and talent acquisition competencies
- Hire, develop, train, and engage direct reports at various levels
- Analyze KPIs and additional data to assess team performance and trends
- Develop creative and customized talent acquisition strategies using data and competitive intelligence
- Identify challenges and drive resolution through solution development
- Partner with business leaders to develop talent sourcing and assessment strategies
- Influence leaders and business partners to adopt effective hiring processes
- Work cross-functionally with the COE on advertising strategy and budget recommendations
- Drive adoption and utilization of recruitment tools
- Lead projects supporting team initiatives and continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
- 4–6 years of experience required
- Previous talent acquisition and leadership experience preferred
- Workday experience preferred
- Strong written, verbal presentation, and negotiation skills
