About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design for clarity, speed, and task completion across web and mobile apps
Design how SafelyYou insights and alerts appear inside partner systems such as EHRs and eCall
Co-create continuously with engineering
Own end-to-end design: discovery, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specs
Create simple, action-oriented interfaces for customer-facing staff and internal clinicians
Design alerts and notifications for apps and partner systems with clarity and urgency suited to care settings
Create reporting views that make data actionable
Conduct usability research with caregivers and customers, coordinated through Customer Success and the clinical team
Establish UX patterns and a shared Figma library across teams
Set design priorities alongside supported product managers
Improve key workflows measurably
Regularly conduct usability testing with care staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be located in the United States or Canada
Proven work as an embedded partner to engineering in B2B or enterprise products, not agency-style handoffs
5+ years of UX design experience
Web and mobile portfolio
Figma expertise
Pragmatic approach focused on task clarity and speed for users who did not choose to be technology users
Systems literacy; no coding required
Comfort prioritizing across several teams
Strongly preferred: healthcare or regulated-industry experience
Strongly preferred: analytics design experience
Strongly preferred: alerting experience in time-critical settings
